Laird Bunch leads KO Public Affairs' efforts in Delaware. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, he previously served as President and Partner at Brandywine Fine Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. Leveraging his extensive network and expertise, he successfully transitioned into the Cannabis Tech and Fintech industries, particularly through his involvement in Delaware’s Medical Cannabis approval process with The Cannabist Company (formerly Columbia Care), a leading Multi-State Operator.
Currently, Laird is the President and a Board Member of Clearfield Communications (dba TrueGreen Global) and was recently appointed to the Board of Ceres Coin LLC.
Laird's distinguished career in real estate includes serving as a residential broker and consultant for large-scale development projects both in the U.S. and internationally. His expertise spans project approvals, valuation, marketing, capital raising, and operations for urban redevelopment, land development, residential, and hospitality ventures.
Through his professional and personal endeavors, Laird has cultivated an extensive network across business and political circles. He serves as a Committee Member for the Brandywine Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and, following the merger of Brandywine Fine Properties Sotheby’s International Realty with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, has taken on the role of charitable liaison. He continues to support organizations such as Meals on Wheels, Child Inc., The Brandywine Conservancy, and The Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
Laird resides in Wilmington, Delaware, with his two teenage daughters, Campbell and Frances.
